Lumbini Bikas Bank has been an emerging name in the field of banking and financial sector of Nepal. It is an entity established with the merger of five Banks and Financial Institutions namely Bhajuratna Finance Ltd., Birgunj Finance Ltd., Himichuli Bikas Bank Ltd., Lumbini Finance and Leasing Co. Ltd. and Vibor Bikas Bank Ltd. The last merger of Vibor Society Development Bank and Lumbini Finance and Leasing took place on 25th Ashad 2074.
