Responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment, building systems, safety/security of office belongings and premises, and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. They/them should take care of office mailing and equipment and, should assist in bank related works and delivery of office goods

1. Provide general office support by cleaning and organizing office areas, stocking supplies, and maintaining a tidy and functional workspace.
2. Assist office personnel by taking messages, issuing directions, and performing clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
3. Perform a wide range of office tasks, including retrieving important paperwork, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring the office equipment is in working order.
4. Assist the office administrator in daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, filing, running errands, and other duties as assigned.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
6. Follow established procedures and protocols to maintain confidentiality and security of office records and information.
7. Uphold professional standards of conduct and represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.

• Must have completed secondary level of education with minimum one year of experience in similar job position(s).
