Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build linkage and  coordination with various INGO, NGO, GO and other relevant stakeholders
• Design concept paper
• Prioritize issues to advocate and lobby with the Government bodies
• Documentation of the training, reporting and communication
• Prepare presentation and communication materials for knowledge sharing; external and internal communication.
• Represent FWEAN and its values at the local and district level. Coordinate with other government agencies, NGO’s and Donors
• Communicate frequently with various private agencies, focal persons, grass root level participants, donors and other project beneficiaries.
• Coordinate and update FWEAN’s webpage, e- portal and social networking page. 
• Handle and arrange logistic support for the project activities that is to be implemented.
• Coordinate among the participants, trainers and other stakeholders in order to carry out the project activities.
• Assist in organizing FWEAN’s seminars and workshops.
• Support in research work of the organization.
• Administrative work: Communicate with the various private agencies, focal persons, grass root level participants, donors and other project beneficiaries. Counsel and follow up them regarding the progress of the activity.

• To conduct an interactive session for the youths who are involved in the TGG Campaign (The Generation Campaign) a 5 year campaign run by WWF Nepal.
• To assist in celebrating "Global Tiger Day" organized by WWF Nepal.
• To assist the supervisor in organizing  a Mentorship Induction workshop for youths under a campaign run by WWF Nepal.
• To hold an interaction program for the youths who are working for The Generation Green (TGG) five year Campaign run by WWF Nepal.
• To make calls and draft e-mails in order to follow up with the beneficiaries and mentors involved in the mentorship program.
